Brandon's Events has over forty (40) years of service in the hospitality industry. Our staff is professionally trained and may have hosted you at one of the many events we have provided services for in the past.
To ensure that we provide you and your guests excellent quality of service, we require at a minimum, forty-eight (48) hours notice to host your event.
We consult with you to determine the number of guests at your event, their drink preference(s) and the duration of the event.
Final costing of the bar is based on actual consumption of beverages.
Yes, a fifty percent (50%) deposit is required a month in advance of your event. An additional twenty-five (25%) is required two (2) weeks before your event. Lastly, the balance is required upon receipt of final invoice.
Yes, we do provide refunds. If the down-payment is seventy-five percent (75%) or more of the final invoice, we offer refunds to you, our client.
We endeavour to accomodate you, our guests, however, we want to ensure the same quality of products and services you experienced, others can as well. We prefer that signs be placed on the poles provided with the tents.
